CANCELLATION POLICY

Root & Reverie Cancellation Policy To honor the time reserved for each guest, Root & Reverie requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. This policy helps protect appointment availability and ensures that reserved time can be offered to another guest. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
